What Causes Delayed Periods Post Unprotected Sex?

recently I was diagnosed with ADD and was put on Adderall Xr. My boyfriend and I are sexually active although we do not use condoms. I had my period last month but my period tracker on my phone says I m 14 days late. He hasn t cummed inside of me because we never get that intense. What is going on? It it a reaction to the medicine?
