What Causes Delayed Periods, Sore Breasts And Bloated Stomach?

hi I went to the doctors because my period was irregular and I was spotting, I did a pregnancy test and it said negative, a few days have passed and I now my breasts are very sore and I feel sick at times and my stomach feels slightly bloated, what should I do?
