What Causes Delayed Periods, Stomach Cramps And Red Spotting?

My period was late. Then yesterday afternoon I had cramps in my lower part of my stomach in the middle. There was no blood on my pad and when I wiped it was light red. This morning same thing except a whole lot of blood came out when I sat on the toilet. What's wrong
