What Causes Delayed Periods, Tender And Swollen Breasts And Frequent Urination?

My period hasn't came this month, it's about a week late. Here's whats unusual: slightly tender and swollen breasts, more frequent urination and bowel movements, suddenly bigger butt, runny nose, more than usual discharge, looks like a bruise above my nipple, and i used to drink Pepsi all the time but now all i want is Coca-Cola. i took a cheap pregnancy test this morning and it was negative should i wait and take another one?
