What Causes Delayed Periods, Weakness And Cramping?

doctor im trying to conceive and i have pcos .im on medication and stoped susten 200 two weeks back. im due for my period 2 weeks back but no sign of period yet. im having weakness and yesterday there was lots of cramping. i have very irregular periods. please sugest.
