What Causes Delayed Periods When Diagnosed With Carpel Tunnel Syndrome?

i have hypothyroidism, taking thyronorm 300. my symptomps of carpel tunnel syndrome have eased with this dose but am having no periods for last 3 months. earlier before medication had continuous periods, after starting the medicie one yerar bach they are on and off. my eyesight is deteriorating with lot of visual disturbance and cluster headaches.

my age is 35, height 5' 6" and weight 80 kgs
