What Causes Delayed Periods While UPT Is Negative?

hi samentha here, i would like to ask question for the past 2 mnths my periods delaid, nd still periods r not occured, even i do pregnany test but its negative, pls suggest me wht i can do right now & 1thing more i had sex with my bf nd after tht we use i-pill
