What Causes Delayed Periods While On Femilon?

I have using femilone prescribed by my doc since jan after 1st day of my period. This month I have missed my period for haveing the tablet continuosly but having brown stains on and off. Can you please suggest when will my period start as I am suppose to have my tablet for three months at a stretch.
