What Causes Delayed Periods While On Nuva Ring?

iv very worryed I'm. Pregnant, iv been on nuva ring for 7 months last month I did not but my nuva ring in I was to start my period on Monday, is it normal to be late with a period after missing a month of not putting I back in. An if so so long can it take up to have my period? Please help
