What Causes Delayed Periods While On Provera?

I am 25, 140 lbs. and about 5'5''. I went off the pill in October, got my period in November and didn't get it until March when i was put on the Provera Challenge. I got my period after provera, but i haven't gotten since. I was just wondering what i should do? I want to know if everything is working properly!
