What Causes Delayed Periods While On Medication For Tuberculosis?

Hi my wife have tuberculosis and on medicine from last 2.5 months. Her last periods date was 3rd jan and now it is 7th Feb but there is no sign of periods. Please suggest if it is normal and if suppose pregnancy test come positive then can she take medical abortions pills? Please suggest.
