What Causes Delayed Periods With PMS And Bloating In Abdomen?

I have swelling in my stomach it is noticeable. it causes cramping across my whole stomach area.. including my pelvic. My menstral cycle has not appeared but i seem to have pre-menstral syptoms. it is hard not really hard.. i have had test to determine preganacy and they all were negative.
