What Causes Delayed Periods With PMS?

i am not shure if i am pregnant,, my last period was ment to be on the 17th of february (last month) but the month before that i came on my period twice in that month, i am now late on by two and a half weeks, i have been getting period pains, tender brests and a swollen belly i am confused.
