What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdominal Flutter, Back Pain And Feet Swelling?

I have what feels like a flutter in my lower abdomen below my belt line. I am two months late for my menstrual cycle. I have lower back pain that comes and goes. My feet are swollen and I am tired a lot. I've taken two home pregnancy test but both came out negative. Any ideas to what night be going on?
