What Causes Delayed Periods With Appetite Loss,cold Chills And Tiredness?

Hello my period was supposed to come either yesterday or today but still hasn't. I've noticed my vagina being very moist but not really any discharge is this normal? I've also been experiencing loss of appetite, cold chills and tiredness. Should I be concerned this is pregnancy?
