What Causes Delayed Periods With Cramps After Taking Morning After Pill?

hello I had a morning after pill and I came on a period but then I had unprotected sex and I had another pill about a month after the other pill but the thing is I have missed my period and since I have had the second pill I have had no period and I have had unprotected sex again and I have been getting cramps and feeling sick I am 16 in June and I don't no what to do?
