What Causes Delayed Periods With Cramps And Abdominal Pain?

Hi im 19 years old and im about 4 days late on my period. I have had cramps all those 4 days and so i thought i was going to start but havent. I recently started to get upper abdominal pain on my left side that i can tell arent related to my cramps. Ive literally been bloated all 4 days. Plus i have been going number 2 about 3 times or less a day. I dont think im pregnant bc i know cycles change and i was about 5 days late last month too but was in no pain last time. Ive tried taking tums or regular period pills but nothing is working and the pain is getting stronger by the day please help
