What Causes Delayed Periods With Gastritis In Abdomen?

Hi dr. I had sex on 26th of dec and got my period on 2nd of jan...but it was little short and quite abnormal little dark with lumps i took as my normal period. my next period was to come on 1-2 feb but its delayed more then 20 days....and i am having somthing gassy feeling in my stomach
