What Causes Delayed Periods With Hot Flashes And Lower Back Pain?

I had my period December 18 through the 28th and then again on Jan 7th. I did not have one until the 26th of this month. I had several lower back pain and a hot flash that was sooo bad I thought I was going to faint! OMG...I had to laugh at your name..BTW I am 50
