What Causes Delayed Periods With Lower Back Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queriesHi, i am over a week late on my period. possible conception would have been oct. 30th, nov. 1st or 5th if i am pregnant. i did take a test but it came out negative. could i be pregnant but it still be to early to tell? i do have bad lower back pain.
