What Causes Delayed Periods With Lower Back Pain?

I am 3 days late for my period and have been having lower back pain, lower abdominal cramps, frequent urination, moodness, and breast tenderness which are normally signs of my cycle but it is not here. I have been on antibotics so I am wondering if this could of delayed it or if i should worry about pregnancy, i do not take any birth control pills.
