What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I am a new married man, my wife's mesn date was 10th of this month, but it is not happened yet. I have tested the pregancy using Velocit Pregancy HomeKit on 15th this month , It is nagetive. Still today mens bleeding not happened. Please Let me know what I will do. PLease Help me.
