What Causes Delayed Periods With Pain In Abdomen And Vagina?

I did`nt had my periods this month, usually i have my periods ion 25 to 28 days but its been 4 days more and I am feeling small flesh protruding in my vaginal hole blocking it and is bluish in color and the fluid is coming out which is milkish in color and i am having little pain in lower abdomen and vaginal area....am I pregnant ?
