What Causes Delayed Periods With Pink Discharge, Bloating And Backache?

Hi I am about 2 days late the symptoms I'm experiencing are bloating, gassy, a good amount of cervical discharge, headaches ,backache. I have never been late. Today is day 3 so far when I went to the bathroom this morning i saw very light pink discharge when I wiped down there. Is it possible that my period is coming? and What would cause this?
