What Causes Delayed Periods With Premenstrual Symptoms?

Hi, i am a bit worried I am sexually active but i always wear protection and check it after intercourse but my period is around 5 or 6 days late is there something i need to worry about? also i have some the pre menstrual symptoms like soar breast, pimples, abdominal pain. But i read online that could also be pregnancy ?
