What Causes Delayed Periods With Sore Breasts While On Implanon?

Im 20 years old and ive been on the implanon for nearly a year now.
Ive taken two pregnancy tests and there both negative. However i have all the symptoms. My boobs have gone up nearly two cup sizes, ive been spotting, had cramps, so much more tired than i was, ive even had sickness in the morning. But both the tests are negative? Could the implanon have made the test negative or am i being paranoid? Thanks.
