What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting After Urination And Bowel Movement?

I haven t had a menstrual flow yet this month. But for about 4 days when I urine then wipe there is blood,, or if I strain to make a bowel movement I ll wipe and there will be blood then nothing on a pad. But if I use a tampon it can be in for four hours and will have a drop of blood. What could this mean
