What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting While On Deviry Tablets?

I have irregular periods. I am taking deviry and I missed my last period and it is 15th day after the missed period. Now I see slight spotting. I took deviry today as I was supposed to take it from 15th day of my cycle. If I am pregnant will deviry cause any harm?
