What Causes Delayed Periods?

hi am 24 years old.... i had regular periods every month ...now extra 6 days passed till now am not get periods... before 4 days i had a sexual contact with my boy by using condem.... i am so suffered..does am pregnant now or not.i ate pappaya and pineapple still not yet work please help me
