What Causes Delayed Periods?

HI I didn t have sex but just gone coozy with my bf. he touched my P*** when his was wet last month, I usually get periods in 25 days. But this time 35 days are completed still didn t get my periods. So now I m worried am I pregnant or what ?? plz help or if I take Mensovit tablet will help me?
