What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hello sir . I had sex with my gf on 10th feb. And she had her periods on 11th feb early morning for 3 days as per normal. Bt till she havnt reached her next periods ..? Can she be pregent..? Nd if she uses pregnent kit will the result will be true ( means will that home kit for pregnancy will work at this stage)
