What Causes Delayed Periods?

I had sex three days after my period and an accident happend. About 24hrs later i took plan b one step. I got a pill induced period a week or so later that lasted 14 days...no i counted from the second period and am late about 3 days. Does this mean i am pregnant or does this mean the pill screwed up my cycle?
