What Causes Delayed Periods?

i have been taken dronis20 for two months.but i cant able to continue that in last month.we have unprotected sex in that month.after stopping that pill i have bleeding for three days.my regular bleeding comes on 26th.but this month my perod is late for 8 days.am i pregnant or not?
