What Causes Delayed Periods?

Good afternoon.



I have been off the pill for 8 months now and am trying.

my cycles are usually between 28-32 days long. this month however it is so far 38 days and no closer to my period. I have been feeling extremely dizzy recently and thought this was due to an ear infection i had a few weeks ago but now i dont think so as the dizziness is getting worse. I am wondering if my periods being all over the place has anything to do with the dizziness and am extemly tired too. I have taken a test the day my period was due but this was negative.



any help would be great as i feel terrible
