What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi doc, i have missed my period fof 3 months now, did urine test and it is negative, i feel heavy and my tommy is a little bit bigger. I dont want to go to the hospital because i dont want negative answer. Doc is there any other way that i can test if am pregnant. weight is 70kg, height is 5 ft age is 39.
