What Causes Delayed Periods,lethargy And Vomiting?

dear sir on 52nd day when my pregnancy test came negative doctor gave me tablets to get periods. but even after having those tables i didnt get periods. today it is 65th day. now am feeling tired for nothing and vomiting from 4 days. my LMP is Feb.28. now what should i do? am i pregnant? scanning report taken on 52nd day tells that i have multiple follicle problem.
