What Causes Dent In The Top Of Head?

Hi, I am 36 and have recently noticed a dent in my head at the top, just off to the side and the top of my head seems to be changing shape as well. I don t have head aches but feel a little dull pain in my head sometimes in these two places. I have read other answers and it seems like a CT scan of the head is advisable. I have an appointment with my doctor but it isn t for 5 more days. I am wondering if it is ok to wait that long or if I should go to an urgent care facility to get evaluated sooner? Thank you.
