What Causes Depigmentation Of Nipples,flaking And Itchiness?

Hi, I am a 21 year old female and for the past 3 weeks or so one of my nipples has turned lighter than the other and there is a lot of flaking and peeling and it is extremely itchy. There is no discharge or rash and both lotion and anti-fungal creams have made no difference.
