What Causes Derma Fungus On Upper Back And Shoulder?
Patient experiencing what appears to be a derma fungus - ringworm - upper back, each shoulder blade neck under ear, chestbone area and one loc on scalp
pt has received tx from GP - NP topical cream - no change
pt has used over counter and herbals - lil change & has incurred these for appx 3 yrs pt has not been to specialist yet
pt is female, 56 yrs, wt 105
Diag w and post radiation for Graves Disease 1996- hypothyroidism and med synthroid .112 mc
pt also Fibromyalgia diag 1998 exp since age 5
Pt has other symptoms that may or may not be related and/or may be autoimmune symptoms w cold fingers / toes that appear to lose blood and become numb when subject to cold stimuli
