What Causes Development Of Mass In Pancreas Leading To Cramps?

I believe I had a pancreatic attack last night around 6:00 pm. I had this same attack in Nov and a week and a hall ago I was told I have a mass on my pancreas, diagnosed from a ct done in Dec. I had an MRI done Mar 19. I have an appt on Monday with the internist. Should I wait til then? Right now, I only have cramping. I have had only tea, soda crackers this morning and scrambled eggs with only toast a little while ago. Do I need to go to the hospital?
