What Causes Diarrhea After Every Meal In Infant?

Hi doctor my baby is 5 months and 10 days old .She has loose motion since last week ,I gave her Entamizole syrup and Diazing syrup too but loose motion did n t stop she passes after every feeding , I am so wooried about her as she is on formula feed
