What Causes Diarrhea After Having MRSA In Neck?

I recently had MRSA in an area of my neck that was surgically removed but since then I have server diarrhea and pain. Made worse if I eat or drink anything. I thought it was the antibiotics but its been over a month since I last took them and the diarrhea hasn t gotten better in fact its worse
