What Causes Diarrhea After Undergoing Cataract Surgery?

i recently had cataract surgery and developed diarrhea. Did i pick up a bug at the hospital ? or could the eye drops be doing it ? I take Ilevro, vigamox, and Prednisolone. Ive had the diarrhea for 3 days. Im not sick and have a good appitite. Maybe stress of the surgery? Thanks Jack
