What Causes Diarrhea Along With Loss Of Appetite?

Hello. I ve been having diahorrea attacks for a week and a half now. I have not been eating or drinking much and everything else is normal. I ve decided to take 2 Imodium tablets now to stop the diahorrea, but I have no idea what is causing it. What areas should I think about because I haven t been feeling to eat or drink much for the past week and a half and I am worried about my digestive/colon health now.
