What Causes Diarrhea And Abdominal Bloating In An Alcoholic?

My sister in law is an alcoholic. She lost 25 pounds and looks like she is pregnant with triplets. Severe diarrhea. Supposedly not her liver. We did an intervention 4 years ago but yo no avail. Her friends think she only has a few weeks left to live. Finally going to doctor on Thusday. She is 58 years old.
