What Causes Diarrhea And Cramps After Gall Bladder Removal Due To Colecistitis?

Hi I am 26 years old. I was diagnosed with colecistitis about 2 weeks ago. I had 5 days of iv antibiotics and 5 days oral antibiotics. And am waiting for gallbladder to be removed. I have had diarrhea since Monday and keep getting severe cramps in my solar plex area. Could this be related to colecistitis? Regards sophie
