What Causes Diarrhea And Muscle Pains After Having Macrobid?

I had a d&c in December went into v tach while under so didn't get much scraping done, had two period 10 days apart. had lst period on january24th since been prescribed macrobid for a bacterial infection and had gotten extremely ill while taking macrobid flu like syptoms vomiting direareah and muscle pains. my breast was sore and tender, stop taking the macrobid on my 5thday and starting some mild cramping along with direahea in the am, I am not bleeding brown blood? is this caused by the macrobid or possibly something else?
