What Causes Diarrhea And Stickiness In Stools In Infants?

Sir my son one year old is suffering from stools. He is doing sticky sometimes little bit loose stools n sometimes mucus type stools. He is doing it several times say about 5 to 6 times a day. Whenever he is eating something after that he is stooling.This hapening since 10 to 15 days and we have consulted the pediatrician . He has given vibact dry syrup twice a day for five days and aristogyl-f thrice a day for 5 days. Plz suggest is this right medication for my baby.
