What Causes Diarrhea In Child After A Car Accident?

Hey me and my 10 month old son got ina car accident on Sunday around 4 and he got marked up by his ccar seat but today monday he has been having alot of diarrhea and not wanting to eat should I have him seen again or what do I do he is my only child im very worried!
