What Causes Diarrhea, Indigestion And Lower Back Pain?

Hi! I have had diarrhea for several months now. I have a lot of undigested food with the passing of food being 5 hrs. I also had a golf ball size mucus ball. I have not had weight loss or a fever. I have had severe lower back pain for longer than diarrhea. What does this sound like? Thanks!
